Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of Discordlytics ("Service") between all users ("Users") and the Service operator ("Company").

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Registration is complete when the applicant applies through the method specified by the Company and the Company approves it.
  2. The Company may refuse registration applications if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following reasons, without disclosing the reasons:
    • If false information is provided in the registration application
    • If the application is from someone who has violated these Terms
    • If the Company otherwise deems registration inappropriate

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

  1. Users shall properly manage their User ID and password for the Service under their own responsibility.
  2. Users may not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with third parties under any circumstances.
  3. The Company will consider any login with a matching User ID and password combination as use by the registered User.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  1. Activities that violate laws or public morals
  2. Activities related to criminal acts
  3. Activities that damage or interfere with the servers or networks of the Company, other Users, or third parties
  4. Activities that may disrupt the operation of the Company's services
  5. Activities that collect or accumulate personal information of other Users
  6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  7. Impersonating other Users
  8. Activities that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the Company's services
  9. Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 5 (Service Suspension)

  1. The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if it determines that any of the following reasons apply:
    • When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system for the Service
    • When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
    • When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
    • When the Company otherwise determines that the provision of the Service is difficult
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company does not guarantee, either expressly or impliedly, that the Service is free from defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or rights infringement).
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Service to Users.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users if deemed necessary. Users who begin using the Service after the Terms have been changed shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
  2. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
